I am an avid reader and, as a new mom, I want to pass that love of reading down on to my son. I was a good student and I strongly believe that it is because I could read at an early age. I want to give my son every advantage to start him on the right path academically.

Reading and writing at an early age helps children develop in other areas as well. Plus the reading itself opens up their minds to new ideas, and writing helps them express themselves.

We started reading with both our daughters in the womb. The youngest is 1 and loves “buuks”!

I think the earlier they start reading the easier it is for them…kids tend to learn quickly at a young age!
