		<description>I&#039;ve seen some of these at my local farmer&#039;s market.  One of the restaurants next to the market came up with a neat recipe for them.  It was essentially a stuffed zucchini ball with some kind of pasta on the inside.  No clue on the specifics, but it sure tasted great.
