17 Infants Overdosed

17 infants were overdosed at the Christus Spohn Hospital South down in Texas recently. The reason for the overdose, was someone in the pharmacy mixed up the medicines. This is the same thing that happened just last year to Dennis Quaid’s twin babies and they were seriously ill after that.
It would take the hospital two days to discover that there were 17 babies injected with Heparin, which is a blood thinner. Of those 17 one has died, which the hospital is claiming he/she was already ill before the overdose. 12 of the 16 left are stable, there is no statement of the other 4. Will this stop lawsuits though? What do you think, should the parents sue?
