Included in Part Two of the Generous December Group Writing Project was an entry from Jim at Boss Hatch. He wanted us to give young entrepreneurs a future by supporting the Inner City Scholarship Fund. Jim, your post was full of facts and your passion for the ICSF was evident.

Thank you for your participation on the Generous December Group Writing Project. Last week, just before the rush, a Secret Santa stepped forward for the Boss Hatch cause.

Heidel and Associates are business consultants who are also psychologists and psychiatrists. They use their skills to support executives and to resolve workplace conflict. Their workplace consulations services blend business expertise and clinical skills to provide corporations and individuals with unique insights and solutions to problems at the office.

I showed Jim’s post to the president of Heidel and Associates, Dr. Stephen Heidel.

“As a businessman and psychiatrist I certainly agree that a high-quality, supportive education is a wonderful opportunity for all children,” Dr. Heidel said. “It prepares them for meaningful careers, including entrepreneurial pursuits. Helping children from poorer backgrounds become educated is truly good for them and our society.”

Jim, it’s a bit early, but you’ve already received a present. Heidel and Associates has donated $25 to the Inner-City Scolarship Fund as a result of your post.

No way!!! This is amazing! I’m so excited! Thank you, Kate! Every fraction of a cent counts – I’m all jittery! *goes to post about it*

  2. Jim Gordon says:

I actually just matched the $25. It is the holidays and I figured even if my entry doesn’t win, they will still get at least $50! :)
