This morning I put the baby in her car seat and said; “I’d better get you a toy.”
“Wait, I do it!” My little boy announced and he dashed across the room, took the Whoozit off the crib and attached it to the car seat. “There you go,” he said to the baby tenderly.
Yes, this is an awww, how cute moment.
Yes, this is a sign that he is becoming a magnificent big brother and I am very proud of him.
But even better, it represents one less thing Mom has to do herself.
