A baby boy was born yesterday around 3:02 a.m. during a snowstorm on U.S. 285. Little Ethan Philip Nylund didn’t want to wait for his parents to make it to a hospital, he decided he was coming and making a

grand entrance into this world. Course I think he may have wanted to wait until it was a bit warmer. This little guy came when the snow was swirling and the roads were bad.
Stephanie left the house around 1 a.m. but it would become much longer than that, her husband Jason was on the phone with dispatcher when they spotted a deputy on the road. The deputy got there just in time for Ethan’s head to appear and suddenly he was born.
Congratulations to the happy couple and to the deputy that delivered him.
