Baby Found Between Dead Parents

A couple that weren’t seen since New Year’s Eve have left their children and community in absolute shock, not to mention their children are now orphans. The couple have (had) four children and apparently on Thursday they had them go outside as they talked/argued in their locked bedroom with the baby inside. I’m guessing at some point one of them shot the other and then shot themselves.
Due to the door being locked the kids couldn’t get in, they never thought nothing of it Friday but Saturday they began to worry. At one point their oldest, an 8-year-old looked under the bedroom door and saw their mom laying down. They first just thought they were asleep, but later noticed blood under mom’s leg and went and got the neighbor.
The neighbor heard the 9-month-old baby cry and a foul smell but when the adults didn’t open the door or respond he broke the door down. Inside he saw both were dead and their baby was stained in their blood.
The three older children are now with family members but the baby is with the Department of Human Services in protective custody. This is such a sad situation.
