Baby Found Dead Was Alive

The baby found dead in Union County with its umbilical cord was apparently alive at least 48 hours before. They still haven’t figured out how “Baby Jane Doe” (what they have named her) died, but they are looking into it. No news on who the mother is or what condition she may be in but they are asking the publics help.
