A woman in Lacey, Washington gave birth to a little boy and left him on her mother’s kitchen table with just a note that his name was Noah. Only problem (besides him being left alone on a kitchen table) was that grandma wasn’t home, instead a man sleeping on the couch walked into the kitchen and found the little guy.
The mother had delivered her baby inside her apartment alone, tied the umbilical cord off and wrapped him in blankets before leaving him on the table. The mother of the abandoned infant was found at a church later that afternoon. She is currently facing possible abandonment charges. If she is found guilty she could possibly face up to 5 years and a $10,000 fine.

Wow. I wonder if she could have been in some sort of shock?
Not her first time abandoning her baby, last year she left the state after leaving her 11 month old at daycare
