A New York baby, Cindy Riveros, fell out a 3-story window and survived the fall. Granted even though I said she survived it appears that the baby did get hurt as neighbors stated there was blood all over the place and mother and child were both heard screaming and crying. Thankfully the baby bounced off two rubber balls that were below the window breaking her fall. Police have stated this was nothing criminal, just a baby that leaned against a window and fell out, apparently there were no guards on the window. There is rumors that the parents took them off and rumors the landlord never put them on.
The balls appeared to have broken or cushioned little Cindy’s fall, the neighbor said.
“[The fall] made a big noise, and I saw a lot of blood in the back,” said Fernando Cabarcos, 42. “Everybody was crying.”
The baby’s family, including parents Mariana and Juan Riveros and brother Paolo, 3, is from Paraguay, he said. “I heard a lot of people gathering in the back yard and then I heard a scream, like somebody was in shock,” said neighbor Cynthia Orrego, 27.
