I know ya’ll have been waiting for this, Casey Anthony, the mother of missing Caylee Anthony, was named today in the murder indictment. Remember today the grand jury held that “secret” grand jury meeting to find out what would happen. Out of 19 jurors they decided that Casey Anthony would be named in the murder indictment, it only took them 30 minutes to decide.
Casey surrendered herself 90 minutes after the verdict was sealed and sent out. If she is found guilty of the first count she can face LIFE, which is what many feel she should get. Her lawyer of course tried making it out that she’s innocent and getting something unjust. Honestly I think her being in custody right now is best for everyone, including herself. Can you picture if they released her? Tensions are already high around her house.
I’ll keep you posted as I learn more.

it is about time. God bless that little angel.
A murder indictment for a missing child, does anyone else see that this is an oxymoron. How can you convict for murder without knowing if the child is dead or alive?
Monk, its called evidence….ever heard of it?plenty of murders have been convicted without a body.i hope she rots in hell for what she did to her child…….god bless little caylee.
i am so happy Casey Anthony is finally back in jail. Poor Casey she had to mess up her eye makeup ** crying finally ** wow emotions do exist. I just know as a mother if one of my children were missing i would no wait 1 month to report it- try 15 mins not to mention the lack of informtion on a baby sitter…. yeah right- its not intentioinal!!!!!
