China Police Woman offers Up Breasts

A China Police woman decided she wanted to do more for those around her and when she came upon a child that needed to eat she thought nothing of it and whipped out her own breasts and fed the baby.

This woman was just walking around China after the first huge earthquake looking at all the disaster and seeing what she could do to help when she came across families that had nothing to eat and mothers that couldn’t feed the babies. Some moms that did breast feed could no longer express milk because of all the trauma they’d went through. According to this particular article she has already fed 8 babies. By now I can only imagine how many more she’s fed.

I applaud this woman for what she is doing for the babies and her community. If it wasn’t for her many of those little children would be suffering if not worse. I just hope relief comes for them soon and she will be able to finally rest.

I’ve breast fed my own children from the time they were born until just about 3-years-old. I’d like to believe that if I came upon a situation like this I’d help in any way I could. I’m not even sure I would’ve thought about this, she was definitely creative and very resourceful.

Isn’t this a great thing she’s doing? I know people don’t feel others should breast feed someone else’s baby but in a circumstance where they’d die who can argue?
