After lots of false labor in the heat of summer, Kelly at Thrifty Mommy has just given birth to her second child, a son.
I would like to ask 20 000 of you to head over to her site so she can buy a frugally-priced baby present for the little child inofficially from me

The tough thing about labor is that Mom really is in the driver’s seat. She just doesn’t have a brake or an accelerator.
Must go over and congratulate Kelly, but wanted to first comment on your description of labor… no brake and no accelerator. That sums it up perfectly. Never thought of it in that way and hope that I will never have to again lol…
