Time to announce the winner of Fit for Motherhood, the prize in our contest sponsored by Vidaville.

All of the eligible comments were placed in a Toronto Maple Leaf cap and Helen’s entry was randomly selected by my illiterate 3 year-old (well, he does know the letters S, Z and B).
