Can you take Prenatal Vitamins when your not pregnant?

  2. Yum says:

Yes, as long as you are of child-bearing age you can take Prenatal vitamins when you’re not pregnant. It is actually recommended to take prenatal vitamins before pregnancy, if you are trying to conceive…mainly so that you get enough folate (folic acid) in your body in prep for the baby.
