One of those really fearful things that goes through father or soon-to-be father’s mind is “what if she gives birth here now.” Well that happened to one father this past week in Boulder Creek. Yep, they were on their way to the hospital when his wife could go no further. Or maybe that should be when the baby decided it was coming NOW.
The couple already had two children, this one would make baby number three. The old wives tale is the more babies you have the quicker they come and this proved right for this 32-year-old mother.
The father-to-be quickly called 911 and had to assist his girlfriend and help deliver the baby right there on the front porch. The baby came without a hitch and weighed 7lb 12oz. They’ve named her Serenity Li Whitewildflower.
Congrats to the happy couple!
