want to hit the stores for those deals. If you are a first time parent you are probably wondering what all you may or may not need. Am I right? Sure, it can get a little confusing going from a simple onesie during the summer to how much clothing do I put on him/her.
I know with my first I just loved the little button up sleepers, it went everywhere and with just about any weather. Some would tell me I needed to add to his sleeper, others would say it was simply too much just having a sleeper on him. I still love sleepers and I think I always will. But I know parents also like to spice up the outfits, especially for those have a little one walking, so here are a few things your baby may need this fall.
10 Fall Clothing Items for Your Baby
- beanies
- sweater jackets or vests
- blue jean jackets
- leggings (leg warmers, my favorite is BabyLegs)
- pants or long shorts
- scarves
- tennis shoes
- boots
- sweaters
- long sleeved buttoned shirts/blouses
Little boys and girls, not to mention even older ones can pass off the layered look which not only saves on those expensive three piece outfits but also looks adorable.
Girls Layered Look: First, you will need a long sleeve shirt (thermal) and pants or my favorite, BabyLegs (leggings). Second, grab their favorite printed tee and toss it over. That’s it, it is that simple and you already have that adorable little girl to make the look work for her. You now have a cute, three piece look that would’ve cost a fortune but only cost you a few bucks. Try buying a three piece outfits at the store for this price.
Boys Layered Look: For the boys it gets a bit easier, grab a pair of jeans and a long sleeve thermal shirt. Toss over a t-shirt and you’ve got them a quick look that keeps them warm. It doesn’t matter that the thermal had a stain on it mom, no one will ever know.
If either look makes them still look like they need a bit of warmth a scarf over the neck or a beanie on top of their head should keep them nice and toasty. Just think if they get too hot you can always take off the t-shirt/tee or the beanie/scarf. Course if all else fails grab a sleeper. Can you think of some cute fall ideas for a baby?
