Flu Shot and Your Baby

It’s that time of year again and I must ask, how many of you get your (or will get your) baby a flu shot? Now according to the CDC it is recommended that all children under the age of 6months old.

How do you decide? I have four kids and until this year we’ve never really lived where the flu was a big deal. Now I’m faced with THE DECISION. Do I or don’t I? The last time I got a flu shot I had a gigantic bruise (or allergic) reaction that formed on my arm in an 8 shape. I swore them off after that, especially since I got really sick, however I’d hate for my kids to get sick.

Any advice? I know there are a ton of you that do it and a ton that don’t. Voice up, I’d love to hear both sides of this.
