Comic by Owen Baggott.

Earlier this morning I had this conversation as follow-up to my day off yesterday.

Me: So, were the kids good yesterday?

My brother: Oh, come on, Kate. (rolls eyes)

Me: OK, were they good-ish?

My bother: Yeah, they were fine.

That’s Baldman’s mantra, “The secret to happiness is to lower your expectations.” Sad how many times I’ve actually had to employ this one!

    Thanks Kerri (for liking me).

Kailani– Nutella is this awesome chocolate hazelnut version of what most Americans would compare to peanut butter (but chocolate…and hazelnut) that originated in Italy.

For some reason my 3 …almost 4 month old son is never as well behaved for others as he is for me, but at his age that means he didn’t want to take the bottle (he’s a breast boy) or wouldn’t go to sleep.

  6. kbaggott says:

Ah Maria, they can’t be really bad until they’re two years old.

  7. Maria says:

True enough. He is too young to do any of the REALLY bad stuff!
