It’s Not You

There are times, normally the 5th and 8th week of life, and the entire 4th month, when babies cry almost constantly, demand to nurse all the time, and never want to be anywhere but in your arms. These times are called growth spurts and as much as they take out you, you will survive and there will be a rest afterward.
Just thought you’d want to know.

So THAT’s what it is! Huh!
Callum is getting pretty smart. He makes little fussy noises - and has a little fake cough, as if he is about to cry when sitting in his bouncey chair and I don’t look directly at him for too long- then I turn and he is watching my face, and I just LOOK into his eyes and say absolutely anything - and he smiles and laughs! Man - he is cute but he has me wrapped around his little finger!
Oh yeah! They know what they need from us. Whenever your eyes light up at the sight of him, he knows you love hime unconditionally.
Wish I could tell my neighbor to read this post.
