Jitters

I am a bit nervous. Later this afternoon my husband and I are going to be alone together. It hasn’t happened since the baby was born and, even then, not very often since our son was born. Some friends of ours are taking the kids while we head out to the Taunus Therme in Bad Homburg for a few hours. It’s a mineral water spa in the old sense of the word. The warm water is said to cure a variety of aches and pains as well as mild breathing problems. I am not sure about the water’s curative powers, but it is relaxing.
It’s definitely a date. I hope we have enough to talk about.
