Okay, I do rumors from time to time because they can be a lot of fun and heck we were all surprised by the quick marriage between Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon weren’t we? Well, here is some news that shouldn’t surprise ya much…she’s trying to get pregnant. Many are excited to hear this and can’t wait to hear the wonderful news that she is pregnant. So, any tips for the mommy-hopeful-to-be?

Come on ya’ll have been down that road. What kind of advice would you give someone that wanted a baby? I guess I’d start by asking Mariah Carey to watch my kids, just to see if she can handle a baby. Course the reality of that situation I’ve never fully understood.

For instance, I let someone watch my kids for me to prepare them for what to expect. Now does that mean her kids will act like mine at that age? Not necessarily, she can have bad-behaved or good-behaved children, no one knows. Or what if someone has a colic baby and someone else doesn’t. Each child is different and honestly there is no real way to prepare except just to do it. But that’s just my opinion.

What’s your take on it? Can you give her any tips? There are a ton of ways to prepare for a baby, including setting up the mood, bedroom. Planning the nursery, etc. Have at it.

First, she needs to be a responsible enough adult to raise a baby. She might want to start with wearing outfits that accentuate her curves in a positive way, that won’t make her look like a tramp. She’s hitting 40! She should act accordingly. I love butterflies and glitter, too. But I want my kids to respect me as a figure of nurturing authority. I want them to love me for being a good mom. Not for trying to be one of their peers. They grow to resent immature parental behavior after a while. Especially when they are old enough to be embarassed by you!

  2. Here’s a tip for her - Wear clothes that cover your body. Kids need a role model and it might as well be their mom.
