		<description>I really don&#039;t think there is any reason to argue this case.  She had her trademark, the other blogger used a similar name after the trademark was purchased.  Its pretty much black and white.  I really don&#039;t understand why ABC made such a big news story out of one womans blog site.  It is pretty interesting that the author of the article on ABC is also a fellow blogger and friend of Ms. Hinson.  There is a link to his blog on her momologue site.</description>
