A New Jersey Newborn’s body (Bashere Davon Moyd Jr.) was discovered missing by the mother and when the search began many wondered where the baby could be. Some thought the newborn might have been incinerated, thrown in the trash, etc. Authorities and the hospital has been looking for the missing body for over a week and have finally called off the search.
Police have searched the trash dumps in three states and have come up empty-handed. It seems this will be marked up as an accident and they’ll be forced to have a closed casket.
It does sound like the mother will be suing the hospital, her lawyer has stated this is possible and they believe everyone should be held accountable. The body is needed in the case of discovering whether or not the baby was born alive or stillborn. Kalynn, the mother, insists the baby was born with a weak heart and the hospital did try to save his life. But the hospital is now stating the baby was a stillborn, with the baby missing there is no proof of either.

That’s just horrible! I couldn’t imagine losing a child and then the hospital losing the body. I feel so sorry for the mother.
