Ohio Parents sue Playtex Products

I knew this one was coming with all those bottle recalls going on lately. It seems four sets of parents are suing Playtex the bottle company for the chemical that was found in them that caused health problems.
The spokesperson has come forward for Playtex to state they won’t comment. Do you think they’ll get anywhere with this? I know recently the FDA stated bottles were safe again.
