Possible Break in Caylee Anthony Case

On CNN.com right now there is a story that reads, "Caylee Divers claim to find Bones," so maybe they’ve found Caylee’s body. Sorry folks, I know I just said body but if this is Caylee the divers found it would mean it is under water and has been there for a while.
Nothing has been confirmed yet, just that a bag was found down the river they were searching. FoxNews is stating the bag does not have human remains, like Padilla had originally announced.
Leonard Padilla initially claimed that divers combing the river around Blanchard Park discovered a plastic bag containing fingers and toes and weighted down with bricks, and another with stuffed animals inside on Thursday, according to WOFL’s Web site, MyFOXOrlando.com
So the good news is it wasn’t Caylee’s body, the bad news is there is still no body so no one knows for sure what happened to her. Police are stating they want Padilla to now take a poligraph test. As of right now it seems there are two different stories. Some are stating a crime scene has been marked off while others are stating this is not true. Does anyone know?
I do know it was just yesterday or the day before that Padilla stated he’d given up on the search and was going home, but reports are now stating he’s said that he has evidence that Caylee’s body was dumped in the area. What’s the evidence? Not to mention to find the body the day after, I think something’s up just not sure what.
By reports I’m reading right now it sounds many are upset at the way he handled this. When he found this bag he let the media know first, not the police. What do you think he should’ve done?

Padilla is guilty. Plain and simple.
