Heart and Car Sterling Silver Teethers  these are baby rattles that are made of sterling silver. 200 have been bought, but the heart and cars in the center of the rattle have been known to break off.  Due to a choking hazard they are being recalled.

    It seems like these companies would think about this kind of potential danger before putting them on the market. The heart just looks too flimsy where it attatches. Do they even test these things?

    I totally agree, I mean look at the products. If they even look like a child can stick them in their mouth test them first. Not on a child but themselves, I just can’t believe companies make things so crappy like this. I have more recalls coming up.

    Beyond the company, once/if that hits the market, you’d think the parents would look at it and realize that it is not going to work well and refrain from purchasing the item.
