Babylune

*sigh*

Some day, I will come home after a hard week at work and my baby’s body language will say, “Hi Mummy!”

Instead, of that ever-popular wordless communication “NURSE ME RIGHT NOW!”

  1. I’m still nursing my 17 month old and she has several rather funny ways now of demanding to be nursed. The one that cracks me up the most is she walks over to the couch and starts hitting the seat cushion and fussing… telling me to sit down and nurse her. (She still doesn’t talk. She does sign lots, but I think she has more fun fussing to get nursed rather than signing.)

Oh, it certainly sounds like fun. Imagine, 17 months and so much control!

Mine loves exerting her power the moment I walk through the door. I suppose it is the natural order of things.

I get requests from my 22-month old for “mum-mum of the day p’ease!”
