[...] That said, I no longer spend two hours a day at the gym. Some day, when my post partum hips get back into their joints completely, I’ll go back. Until then, I like long walks, yoga and swimming with the kids. The baby and I start our swim class next Thursday. That said, I am always looking for new ideas for our family to do together, so I am excited about Family Energy Magazine. [...]

[...] From the list, I would say constipation and poor posture are more likely to affect new mothers. Then again, I know more than one new mother whose harbouring a lot of built up anger toward their spouses, single friends, mothers and mothers-in-law who just don’t know how to help.
I don't know if I'm more forgetful while breastfeeding, but the other day I did something I'd like to attribute to that. I had just dialed my friend when my cell phone rang. I went to answer the cell phone and it stopped ringing. I dialed my friend again and the person called my cell again. It took THREE TIMES before I realized I was calling myself - dialing my own cell phone number instead of my friend's phone number.
