The mother that left her newborn baby inside a hotel room this past May is now going to jail for one year. Tara Anderson, the mother that abandoned, errr left her child, was charged witeckless endangerment. She has claimed since the day police found her that she never abandoned her newborn, she just hid in a bathroom when she knew cops were coming and she was wanted. Tara was also addicted to cocaine at the time of her daughter’s birth, however she is trying to get clean and wants to work on getting her baby back.

A male friend of the mother that abandoned her baby in a hotel room is speaking out on the mother’s behalf. He claims she did the right thing so she wouldn’t get arrested. Ummm, I’m still not convinced leaving the newborn is/was the right thing. You read what CBS3 found out

There’s been a slight update on the Florida baby girl that was found in a box, the police have now released her picture. Poor thing, you can see where the ants were biting her.

This little guy was found abandoned in Franklin County, Columbus Ohio.  They believe he was born sometime around October 2008. Isn’t he precious?  He looks so healthy too, at least now, not sure how he looked when he was found. He was found at a North Side home but that’s the only details I’ve found. They also think he might be Latino but aren’t sure.
