Parenthood is always an adventure and I get a lot out of stories from people whose adventure is very different from my own. Lenore Goldfarb, a lactation consultant and breastfeeding educator. After many years of infertility, Lenore’s son was born via gestational surrogacy at 32 weeks. Lenore breastfed the premature baby herself thanks to an induced lactation plan. Lenore shares the story of her child’s birth, her struggles with infertility and information about induced lactation for mothers whose children are born via surrogacy or adopted at the site Ask Lenore.
