How many of you would seriously (knowingly) purchase ice cream that was made from a breastfeeding mother? I can honestly say I would probably never do it. I’m old-fashion and will stick with ice cream made from cows. It was one thing to be a child and to be breastfed, but not as an adult. Not to mention I don’t like the idea that my children would be eating ice cream made from another mother’s breastmilk. It just doesn’t sound right.

Peta believes it is unfair to the cows, I just can’t picture it. Before any of you run for the hills, Ben & Jerry has spoke back to the idea:

“We applaud PETA’s novel approach to bringing attention to an issue, but we believe a mother’s milk is best used for her child,” spokesman Sean Greenwood said in an e-mail. He didn’t respond to requests for an interview.
