Drunk Breastfeeding Mom Goes to Jail

You might remember the case about a breastfeeding mother that got arrested just last February. Stacey Anvarinia, age
27, was breastfeeding when police showed up to her home for a domestic disturbance. At the time Stacey Anvarinia was found “extremely intoxicated,” slurring her words and breastfeeding her baby. Her infant was only 6-weeks-old at the time. The judge at that point gave her a 6 month sentence where she would need to go to a substance abuse facility to clean up.
