I think the first and last were the hardest to wean, I’m not sure if that’s because one was a first and last baby. What were the reactions of your children when it came time to wean?
With my first I ended up with two bad cases …read more

A reader wrote in the comments asking other Babylune readers if they knew the Kentucky breastfeeding laws. Apparently his wife has gone back to work but they aren’t very supportive of breastfeeding.
Here’s some quick info I did find on Kentucky and Breastfeeding:
- Forty-three states, the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands have laws with language specifically allowing women to breastfeed in any public or private location.
- Twenty-eight states, the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands exempt breastfeeding from public indecency laws
- Twelve states and Puerto Rico exempt breastfeeding mothers from jury duty
