OctoMom May Never Have Kids Again

The internet is buzzing with the news that Octomom, aka, Nadya Suleman may be having surgery done on her uterus. What’s this mean? In many blogs I’ve noticed they are talking about how she may never have kids again due to the surgery taking out half her uterus.
Sometime this weekend Nadya will undergo surgery for a benign tumor, which actually means it isn’t active. However, I think given the option and already having 14 children she’s doing the right thing. There is always a chance of it becoming an active tumor.

Earlier this week Inside Fatherhood and many other bloggers were posting about baby bottles being dangerous to babies. There is a chemical, bisphenal, that is used when making baby bottles and other shatterproof items that is now being said to a possible link in hormonal issues. Problems such as urinary infections, precancerous tumors, early puberty, obesity and more. While there has been no recall yet, you may want to begin watching for one.
Giving Birth Makes you Smarter

Wow, now this is something I had no clue about. Did you know that while we (moms) might get “Momnesia” for a while after giving birth, but we actually get smarter? According to a report done a few months ago they have discovered that not only do we get smarter but giving birth also lowers our risk of cancer. Better hide this finding before the hubby tells me I should have another. (he wants a football team) There are a lot of findings in the link above, read it and comment back here to comment.
