Pampers Diaper Clutch Winner…

The winner of the Pampers Clutch Giveaway goes to number 8! The winner was selected by Random.org and I’ll be writing them later tonight to collect their address. I recently got a clutch in the mail and I must say it is definitely a little helper, I no longer have to lug a diaper bag with me whenever I leave the house to run down the street, visit a nearby friend or even go to the store. Now if I’m going out for longer than an hour I take the diaper bag but for short trips the Clutch works great.

Baby Deals for the Week

It is starting to become a trend on my street, every Monday morning

all the moms come down to my house and ask me about all the latest baby deals in the area. So I Figured I could post them here for all you to enjoy as well. Keep in mind I get my coupons from the Sunday paper and if you are signed up with Huggies you should be getting their coupons in the mail. This past week they sent me two pages of coupons for diapers and wipes.

Here’s the baby deals for Target, CVS and Walgreens:

Target:
$8.99 Huggies ($1.50 off Coupon)
$6.29 Up & Up Diapers
$29 Character 4 piece toddler bed sets (CARS)

CVS:
BOGO 1/2 off sale on CVS’ soft cloths/cotttony clothes
2/$4 CVS cotton swabs (Q-tips) or Pediatric electrolyte
$9.99 Pampers Cruisers

Walgreens:
$5.99 Huggies wipes (.50 coupon)
$8.99 Huggies Jumbo Diapers (limit 3) ($1.50 coupon)

That’s all I could find, in my coupon flyer there were also $2 off Huggies Overnites and pullups, $3 off Huggies Pure & Natural diapers and $3 off Pull-ups training pants. I certainly hope this helps someone out. Keep in mind you can always get on the coupon mailing list by contacting the company you use the most and asking to be put on it. This way you’ll always get coupons in the mail and help reduce the prices of those diapers/wipes.

Changing Diapers: Does He Do it?

husband is actually one of those, in fact he will state that he can count the amount of times he changed a bottom on his two hands between all the kids. By the way, we have four children and the youngest is being potty trained now. I’ll also state that while he likes to state this it isn’t entirely true but for the most part he is correct, he’s changed about 20-40 out of 4 kids. I decided to take this not only to twitter but to facebook as well and see how many responded.

Here are some excuses men will give to not change diapers:
- You are better at it.
- I’ve been working all day.
- It stinks.
- It’s a woman’s job.
- She’s a girl, I can’t change her.

- If you are about to be a new parent, try practicing before the baby is born. Head out and buy yourselves a little doll and a bag of diapers. Practice washing the doll and changing his/her bottom. - Try to see if you can put a car seat inside your vehicle. This will help ya learn all about the car seat and what you will need to learn.
