Weightloss and Moms

Why is it so hard for many moms to lose weight after they have children? Many moms say it is because of one of the following reasons:
1. No time to exercise
2. I eat my kids’ leftovers
3. I snack all day as I never have the time to make anything for myself between cleaning house and running after the kids.
4. I can’t diet, I’m breastfeeding.
5. I don’t like all that healthy food, it’s bland.
