Today, Mike started his series on parenting his little boy who happens to have autism. So far, the series is interesting, practical, informative, and personal, all things that make for a great blog posts.
And, you know, reading Mike’s post, I realized something important. They don’t deal with autism, they just parent the best way they know how. It isn’t ordinary. It isn’t exceptional. But it does give me renewed hope that the good parents in this world truly do outnumber the bad ones. Even if their blogs don’t get the most traffic.

Jenny McCarthy’s fourth book is coming soon. It won’t be funny.
Sometimes motherhood is serious business, even for comedians.

The title of her third book implies that Jenny McCarthy got divorced.
I haven’t read it. I am just using the cover as a gratuitous means of linking back to my own work. Did she? Was it caused by baby stress?
I don’t know why I am so curious. Perhaps I am jealous of Jenny’s publishing career. Perhaps I caught celebrititus during Celebrity Week.
How do you think Jenny McCarthy would vote in the Mothering Sunday to Mothers’ Day Charity Campaign?

OK, so I am not Jenny McCarthy. I may be just as funny, or even funnier. Jenny and I may have dedicated the same amount of time to writing about the same issues.
But, there is at least one key difference.
She had breast implants put in and then had them taken out. I had a much cheaper solution to change my breast size.
