Stress and motherhood are not twins. Once all your children are of school age, I understand the stresses of this period of giving all one’s energy to the constant care and attention of young children is completely forgotten, just like labor pains.
It’s amazing. The more stress I have, the more I learn about what triggers my stress (too little sleep, not enough exercise, not enough intimacy, feeling over-worked all the time). The more I learn about stress, though, the more the immediate stress relievers I wrote about a year ago work.

A year ago, I wrote about having recovered from the birth of my daughter except for the sleep issue. It’s rather depressing that I am still trying to get more sleep. I know I just need to re-read my copy of The No-Cry Sleep Solution, but I just don’t have the energy.
