Dealing with Motherhood Stress

Stress and motherhood are not twins. Once all your children are of school age, I understand the stresses of this period of giving all one’s energy to the constant care and attention of young children is completely forgotten, just like labor pains.
It’s amazing. The more stress I have, the more I learn about what triggers my stress (too little sleep, not enough exercise, not enough intimacy, feeling over-worked all the time). The more I learn about stress, though, the more the immediate stress relievers I wrote about a year ago work.
