Hi! My name is Kate and I am a blog-o-holic. It started out innocently enough. I was combing newspapers, linking back to studies about birth, postpartum recovery and reproductive health. I wanted to help women who might be isolated and worried and prone to postpartum depression.
Then, I started getting comments, I started participating in contests, I started making more friends and I started spending more and more time on the blog. Why Ruin It with Resolutions?

I’m happy that 2007 is here. I started out with lots of ideas for how to go forward: spend less, drive less, use less gas, less paper, and eat less.
The truth is, what I really want is more: More love, more recognition, more success, more patience, more time and more energy. Most of all, I want to get more enjoyment out of who I am and who I am with now.
Maybe, I shouldn’t ruin it with resolutions.
