I was combing through the archives today and found my top ten posts about post partum exercise.
My goal is to find the time to do one activity from each of these posts this weekend.

Last night, though, I was so desperate to move, so desperate to get out of the house ALONE, that I pushed myself and walked/jogged for a full hour. I built up some speed, burned off some frustrations, and felt, well, free.

		<description><![CDATA[The kids and I have been sick this week. I will spare you the disgusting details.
Suffice it to say, after all that, not leaving the house has been making me feel sluggish and puffy.  Not just fat, but slothful. And the baby is so awake and aware these days that I feel like I am hindering her brain development by being inside so much.
So, we&#8217;re not 100%, but we&#8217;re all going out to see a convent and its gardens today. I hope the walk will do us good.
