baby and he/she are doing fine.

Many are probably wondering if Thomas plans on having anymore kids, not sure but it does state his wife, Nancy, will be breastfeeding the baby. For those curious Beatie (Thomas) had a sex-reassignment a few years back but when his wife Nancy couldn’t get pregnant he decided to have the children. No name or stats has been released for the newborn boy.

]]> Yes, I know how ya’ll feel and I feel the same way. But we have to talk about all those things breaking headline news just to keep ya updated. Right? So, today I bring you the first man to be pregnant with twins.

First, this man is a transsexual, meaning he wasn’t always a man. Hmmm, sounds just like the last guy that got pregnant and is currently pregnant again.

This man that is pregnant with twins is named Ruben Noe Coronado Jimenez and he lives in Spain. Right now he’s currently a women and 6 1/2 weeks pregnant but starting next month plans on beginning the process of becoming a man.

A law that went into effect last year allows Spaniards suffering from “a sexual identity problem” and undergoing hormonal or endocrinal treatment to change their sexual status without undergoing surgery or a sex change.

The insemination took place at a private clinic, Coronado told the magazine, adding that if all went well he would give birth by Caesarean section in September.

This man does have a blog somewhere online, however I can’t seem to find it. But with all this being stated, what do you think?

]]> I was totally going to skip this one but thought since this is all about motherhood, I’d include any news items that went with the topic. I’m sure by now many of you have heard about the Man that is pregnant. What’s your take on it? Is the world ready for the first man to give birth? This is a year for firsts so I guess it shouldn’t have come as that much of a surprise.

 For those that don’t know, Thomas Beatie was born a girl and later had the operation to become a man. However, when his wife couldn’t have a child the couple went to specialists to try getting him pregnant since he had been born a girl with the parts. The plan worked and he is currently pregnant and expecting their first child, a little girl, this July.
