New Twist on “Safe Haven Laws”

I know some of you will already know this but there are others that don’t and I’d love to hear all of your opinions. At the moment I’m on the fence and I’ll explain why. There is a new safe haven law in Nebraska and here is a quote:
Nebraska’s new safe-haven law allowing parents to abandon unwanted children at hospitals with no questions asked is unique in a significant way: It goes beyond babies and potentially permits the abandonment of anyone under 19.
