In keeping with the tradition established by my kegel coach, stability ball, foot flex and long, cool drink of water posts, I am continuing to help you recover you health postpartum while expending as little energy as possible (your energy).
What I am enjoying about this series is that all the actions are just as beneficial to adoptive and step mothers as they are to biological mothers.
