In a bizarre case of child support someone is found not to be the baby’s father, but it gets stranger than that. In
Marysville Ohio a woman, Marie Davis, gave birth, however it would not be her name as mother on the birth certificate.

Two women that were switched at birth and raised by the other’s mother have finally met….after 56 years. Kay Rene Reed Qualls and Dee Ann Angell Shafer were born at the Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Oregon and went about their lives never even knowing that they were living someone else’s life. Both grew up in happy families and got married, had children and grandchildren.

Hospital Switches Babies Again

Another hospital has accidentally given the wrong baby to a mom that once again breastfed the child. The difference this time was the color and one family is deeply disturbed by the events and I can totally understand why. In this case it was a caucasion baby and a half African American baby.
The Portsmouth Hospital of New Hampshire had this to say:

What woman doesn’t worry about their child being switched immediately at the hospital? One New York mom is claiming that exact thing happened and because she was switched another mother breast-fed her baby. Exactly how would you feel, knowing this happened to your baby?
