The Rarity of “Mommy Time” and Who to Blame

You may have guessed that I have been having a week of overwork. This happens a lot when several part-time jobs, instead of one full-time gig, make up one’s 40 60 hour work-week. The lowlight of my week came yesterday when the day care called the language school where I teach because my daughter had developed a fever.

Now It’s Just Stress. What Should I Do About It?

A year ago, I wrote about having recovered from the birth of my daughter except for the sleep issue. It’s rather depressing that I am still trying to get more sleep. I know I just need to re-read my copy of The No-Cry Sleep Solution, but I just don’t have the energy.
