These seats are the ones that the baby will sit in while swimming around a pool, since these are the one thing that makes sure your baby stays safe from drowning you probably want to return it.

Aqua-Leisure has recalled 14 different styles of inflatable floats that they’ve made. While you may not have to, it is voluntary and the CPSC is asking that you return them to the company. At this time there is nothing stating if you will be sent a new one or reimbursed.

Here’s what the CPSC site says:

Hazard: The leg straps in the seat of the float can tear, causing children to unexpectedly fall into or under the water, posing a risk of drowning.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been 31 reports of float seats tearing, causing children to fall into or under the water. No injuries have been reported.

Head over to the CPSC for pictures of which ones are being recalled.
