The First Six Weeks

May 10, 2007 by kate baggott

The first six weeks after my daughter was born are full of memories that have nothing to do with her.

I was once afraid to get on the scale.

I was once completely unconcerned with my appearance.

I used to cry all the time.

I once had no time to myself.

Luckily. Those days are over. Well, except for the first one, but I’m working on it.

Scales are scary! Even though I am quite close to my pre-pregnancy weight, I hate getting on a scale! And sometimes I still feel like I have no time to myself!
