For those keeping tabs here is the latest news on the Casey Anthony Case. There was a ton of information released today and even more coming tomorrow as the judge is to come back with his decision on whether or not Casey Anthony should be able to be off house arrest in order to help find her missing daughter, Caylee Anthony.
Murder Charges- Casey Anthony may face Murder charges now. Next week a room full of jurors will sit around watching evidence in the case and decide on whether or not there is enough to actually charge Casey Anthony with murder. Will there be enough? We will know by Wednesday next week, the grand juror must decide by Tuesday.
- Currently they have evidence of a dead body in the trunk of the car.
- evidence proves Caylee Anthony’s body was in the backyard and trunk of the car.
- cell phone records indicate Casey was calling near Econ Trail and Blanchard Park
Current Charges: Casey Anthony is being charged with child neglect and check fraud (here’s the check fraud documents page), plus filing a false police report about her daughter. Why neglect? She left her daughter in the care of a baby sitter in June, didn’t report her missing until July.

my coment would be this ,this beautiful angel was abused and i truly beliuve miss casey will get hers,she makes me and the rest of the country sic,turn casey out in prison,hopefully they will take care of her,
What an American tragedy! Caylee was a beautiful toddler who never had a chance being allowed to be taken home by her monster biological mother. There are plenty of couples who would have taken her with open arms. What goes around comes around. Casey should get the death penalty!
This so called mother done nothing to protect an inoccent child in my eyes and i think i speak for the genral public a leathel injection is to good for this so called mother. hand her over to the genral public and let vigalanty justice be served.
Casey Anthony U will fry for what you have done.

I hope casey anthony has to spend the rest of her life in prison knowing what she did to that poor little girl just so she could go out and have fun. I am only 20 years old and i would rather be at home with my 10 month old than to go out and party i dont see how any one cab do that to a child exspecially their own flesh and blood. I hope she rots and prison and think about what you did to that little innocent girl just so you could go out and have fun. You could have atleast let your parents have her since you didnt want her. I hope you rot in hell but i dont think god will forgive you for this one.
I pray that they get a smart jury that wont
let her off the hook..what she did is no different
then Scott Peterson Susan Smith and some
others that got hard time..and it angers me
that people are sending her money while
she is in jail..i have never heard that about
anyone else in the media how could people
do that when this broad has guilt written
all over her face all the evidence is there..

iam so hoping the judge will keep the trial there in Florida ,i doubt that there is any one in any state or county who hasen,t heard of caylee or casey anthony,i hope the death penelty is back on the table,casey really deserves it,i guess i can not understand how some one can defend her,i pray to God along with everyone ,she gets the death penelty,Casey makes me sick,
As a grandmother who raises two of my granddaughters I cannot believe that Casey parents never met the babysitter, picked or dropped Caylee off over there or ever picked her up sick. There is something definately wrong here – kids get sick at babysitters, fall, something and for Cindy to believe her daughter in all of this makes me think Cindy or George did not really care about that little girl. If they did I just can’t imagine that they would allow Casey to keep her away for 30 days and do nothing absolutely nothing. Casey killed this little girl and for the State of Florida to not ask for the death penalty is just wrong. This woman doesn’t deserve to live and if she does I hope that she is put in general population in prison because they will make her life a living hell just like she made her daughters. I hope she sees Caylees little face everyday of her life and I hope it reminds Casey that freedom is something she will never have now which is the one thing she wanted. Caylee honey your mother will never have the life she wanted when she ended your little life and I hope that is some comfort to you. May God hold you near and may your soul rest in peace. You captured the hearts and souls of the world.
